The staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Rey was brilliant, fixing the aircon and electricity. He found a hair dryer for us. Outstanding efforts for our needs. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and offered free coffee.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Gran Via metro station and had a great experience. The prices were very reasonable, considering the excellent location. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that all my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable.
